YOUTH ANGLERS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES. BY REGISTERING YOUR YOUTH YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
As a condition for the named participants involvement in the CRAPPIEFE$T Fishing Tournament and for a valuable consideration, the parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s), on behalf of the participant(s) and themselves, do hereby (1) agree that they will solely be responsible for the supervision of the above named participant and for any injuries, damages to or loss of personal property or person of the above named participant(s) and/or myself; and (2) agree to IDEMNIFY, DEFEND and HOLD CRAPPIEFE$T together with their affiliates, contractors, subcontractors, and sponsors, (the “indemnified Parties”) HARMLESS from all claims, causes of action, and liabilities of every kind and character as a result of any injuries to or death to myself and/or of the above named participant or any damage to property of the participant or the undersigned occurring during or arising directly out of or having to do with the CRAPPIEFE$T Junior Angler Fishing Tournament (including any claims of negligence or fault by an Indemnified Party). I hereby grant CRAPPIEFE$T permission to make still pictures and/or videos of me and/or my children/family participating in the CRAPPIEFE$T Fishing Tournament, and I also give permission to use the finished still pictures and/or videos for advertising, entertainment, and promotional purposes. I relinquish and CRAPPIEFE$T, along with their affiliates, contractors, subcontractors, and sponsors, any and all rights, title, and interest I may have in the finished still pictures or videos, prints, and reproductions for advertising, entertainment, and promotional purposes, and hereby acknowledge that neither I nor participant shall receive any compensation of any nature for the use of such media.
