Tournament Participants Personal Liability and Photo/Video Release
In consideration for being allowed to participate in this CRAPPIEFEST Event, by registering I acknowledge and agree that the risk of injury from this event is significant, including death. While particular rules, equipment and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of injury does exist, and I knowingly and freely assume all such risk, both known and unknown. I assume full responsibility for my participation, and I willingly agree to comply with the stated terms and conditions for participation in this event. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release, indemnity and hold harmless CRAPPIEFEST, their officers, agents, and/or employees, sponsoring agents, sponsors, advertisers and the owners and lessors of the premises used to conduct this events. I hereby release all claims with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damages to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of myself or otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by law. I also hereby give permission and fully release the use of photos or videos to be used by CRAPPIEFEST, along with their assignees, agents and/or subcontractors and contractors, to be used in any form or media or publication. I understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use. I HAVE READ THE PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE, RELEASE OF LIABILITLY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THEIR TERMS. I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT. I HAVE READ THE TOURNAMENT RULES FOR THIS EVENT AND AGREE TO ABIDE TO THEM INCLUDING SPORTSMANSHIP, CONDUCT, POLYGRAPH TESTING, AND BOAT RULES. IN THE EVENT I BRING LEGAL ACTION AS A RESULT OF THIS TOURNAMENT, I AGREE TO PAY ALL LEGAL FEES AND COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH LEGAL ACTION FOR MYSELF AND THOSE OF WHOM I AM BRINGING THE ACTION AGAINST.
